Cancellation and Refund Policy
1 – Images shown on the website are only for view. Actual delivered product design, shape will always vary because flowers and cakes are sourced from local city vendors, arranged & designed manually. No refund will be entertained for image variations claims. www.cakestoindia.com guarantee the exact number of flowers and exact flavored cake delivered to the recipients.
2 – Order cancellation request should be sent to email@example.com before 24 hours of delivery time to claim refund. No refund will be made once delivery is processed.
3 – If receiver will refuses the delivery then you will not be entitled to a refund. Such orders will be treated as delivered.
4 – To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
5 – Any discounted amount can not be claimed for a refund.
6 – If any product is delivered in damaged condition, it should be informed within 24 hours of delivery time, no claim will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery. In such case www.cakestoindia.com will try to repair the product or arrange re-delivery.
7 – Standard delivery timings are between 9.00 A.M. to 6 P.M, time commitment of exact delivery time may not be possible, order may get delay due to traffic, rain, accidents or any unforeseen reason; no refund will be made for late orders delivery.
